About Pete Cline

Pete Cline has been in the real estate industry since 1996, helping clients in the DFW area with buying, selling, and investing in both residential and commercial real estate. With nearly 30 years of local experience and time spent living internationally, Pete brings a global perspective and a deep understanding of diverse markets to every transaction.

Before his career in real estate, Pete was the founding partner of The Talisman Group, a luxury home development company that built stunning homes and developments in Colleyville, Southlake, Keller, and Westlake. As President & CEO, he earned Certified Master Builder credentials from the National Home Builders Association and the Fort Worth Certified Master Builder Corporation, cementing his reputation for delivering high-quality homes.

Pete’s career spans far beyond real estate. He worked in the telecommunications sector, building telephone networks worldwide as Vice President of International Business Unit Management and Global Marketing at Harris Corporation. He also began his career as an avionics engineer with General Dynamics, contributing to the early days of the F-16 Fighting Falcon program after his service in the U.S. Marine Corps.

In addition to his professional accomplishments, Pete is a Certified Performance and Life Coach, serving four years on the Texas International Coaching Federation Board of Directors.

When he’s not working, Pete enjoys golfing , flying, snow skiing, and spending time with his family, including his two daughters. His international experience and military background provide him with a unique perspective that benefits both buyers and sellers alike.
